My MIL got a job as a rural mail carrier and started searching for a RHD car. She stumbled upon a place in Oregon that purposely imports bore mobiles for mail carriers. She got this 1995 Honda Odyssey AWD!!! with a little over 60k miles for about 7k. Check out her awesome ride!!!

It came with some sweet mods, check out those pedal covers!!!

Kinja'd!!!

Also had this aftermarket rear view mirror that I want to know everything about:

This it’s the key!!! I think this is way cooler than a boring plastic Honda key

Kinja'd!!!

The only real issues with it are that the cap for the ABS reservoir is missing and this janky wiring that might be going to that sweet rear view mirror:

It was a hoot to drive. Drive like an Accord. It oddly has no cruise control which my MIL desperately craved on her drive back from Portland to SE Minnesota. It also has curtain mounts and my wife and I are going to get her curtains one way or another. Also, my wife speaks Japanese which came in handy because a fuse was blown and I couldn’t read what the fuse panel said but she could.

All in all I think she got a pretty good deal on a boring but very cool car.

Cool! That looks infinitely more interesting than the RHD joop that does mail delivery around here.

That’s the raddest Honda Odyssey I’ve ever seen... And it even has the little warning on the exhaust manifold to keep your hot hands away from the engine, lest you harm it!

Drive like an Accord.

Well, it is an Accord. That’s pretty awesome. A friend has one of those with over 300k miles on it.

That’s awesome! The side graphics are super JDM and Selective Yellow fog lamps ftw!

Shouldn’t be too hard to source a cap for the reservoir ?

Sweet rig. Love the graphics.

So that house sure has an interesting layout. Where is this?

Nice. I’ve seen that mirror in RHD imports before. I think it’s supposed to just widen the view to make it easier on the driver. I’ve only been a passenger in a JDM car.

I audibly gasped !

these are neat. and AWD for a mail carrier makes some good sense.

We initially looked for those but we're too much money or too many miles

Starting to look. Might have to go junkyard shopping. Since it's built on the Accord platform it gives us a bigger selection to look for parts

The graphics are my favorite thing . SE Minnesota . You can’t see the river in the backyard that necessitates the stilts. My wife’s father built the house. Don’t get me started on the house issues.
